Week Two Reflection
I learned that in order to be successful in the
education field that we need to have a good concept of how to use research and
be able to use it in the classroom/school building to impact student success.
Producing results and increasing student performance are the ultimate goal in
the education field.

I agree with you. I learned much the same thing. I think what I didn't realize was how important understanding the process of action research is and, in addition, having the ability to model it for your faculty. Giving teachers the ability to use the process to improve their own practice in the classroom can only build teacher confidence and improve student performance.
